piling..piling...piling..

so it have a shinny day after all 153 piling point have been finished....

theres alot of obstacle to finished this few point

the soil condition, the machine operator got problem, and the piling are not ready

what i can say that,there a lot of thing that our lecturer teach before are useful during this particularly time

most of the time myjob is to supervise piling work and also put data into documentation.

there was interesting job......

and the best lesson that i have learned during practical is how to comunicated with other people with different background and how to manage the project smoothly...

it seems to be easy but truely it is very hard if you did not know how to do it..

it has been awhile since the last time i update myblog..

this is all becouse of the internet shutdown upon to the upgrading by TM for the highspeed internet...

thanx god the manage to finish that as early as they can..

theres alot of thing that i want to talk about....for sure the interesting part during my industrial training..

have u ever heard about injection piling machine???

yes injection not hammer like the old school one....now everything is modern.no more hammer thingy...

actually injection piling machine are function similar to hammer piling but the different is injection is more accurate and also faster rather than hammer..

and also injection piling machine is not noisy like hammer piling machine.this is becouse the use hydraulic to penetrate the pile.

im guarantee that even lecturer and some of the engineer have not seen this so called 'transformers' because it is new in Malaysia. From what i know,after do some interview with the sub-contractor that incharge of pile machine,this technology are new and exactly about 3 to 4 years in malaysia...

seriously weh this machine are superb...

and from why i heard from senior..our syllabus still use hammer piling machine. my opinion is to add this new technology in our syllabus because the method are quite different from hammer and we as student need to know how to handle this....

cuz once in a life after three years suffering from theoretically inside class(excluding laboratory practise)at last i can learn something right on my eyes.hahaha.

im not kind of imagination person that can imagine all that machine and stuff that i doesnt seen in mylife...

okay enough of merapu...

yeah myside have been start for kick off meeting....and until this day..i was very glad that i can involved from scratch...

some of intern student are just been in the side due in the middle of contruction and cannot see the flow and process before start the construction

i have learn how to do BQ while do he drop of..

the reason to do the drop of is to match the architect drawing with the quantity dat have already determine.
so,trough this we can know either the drawing from architecture meet the specification of quantity of the construction material

nice huh?=).hahaha

got to go now...have to start piling..the big hulk machine already enter the site...

This is currently my first posting on this blog. welcome to my blog and hope you all have a blasting moment during visit my blog.

This semester is the semester that I need to do my practical for at least 12 weeks starting right immediately after my last paper finished. I am currently do my practical training at Pakar Management Technology (M) SDN. BHD. This company located at Taman Kenari near Kajang Selangor.

This fully Malay own company is the civil engineering based company consist of three main department which is civil construction, water and wastewater and last but not least is technology department.

I have been allocated under civil construction and was assign by my supervisor to help construct the MARDI laboratory project.
